90s Celebrity Outfits to Wear in 2023

Despite younger generations now referring to the '90s as "the olden days," the clothes we once wore during the era of Lunchables, Furbies, and TGIF TV shows continue to resurface. '90s fashion is "in" for 2023, and that means items like duster coats, pencil skirts, and simple tank tops are finding their way back into our closets.

Today's stars love a good throwback look (Hailey Bieber, for instance, has helped revive items like loafers and leather blazers), but rather than taking inspiration from today's group of style icons, we'd much rather throw it back, gathering everyday '90s outfit ideas from the decade's own group of "It" girls.
